I am a USC student. Is there organization which arranges outing for members to visit various places in LA (e.g. tourist place)? I don't have a car and don't have many friends. So it's a bit more difficult for me to go out. Thanks.

Meetup is a good suggestion; I'd also check USC options to see if there are any school (or school group) sponsored outings. It's such a big school, and I assume they must have something useful. And if you're either outgoing or are willing to make the effort, you could try organizing some outings yourself -- there are bound to be others in the same situation. (no need for a car -- just start by going for places accessible by public transportation. Also, once at my college we organized a trip through my department, and were even able to get them to arrange access to an official school vehicle for the trip.)
