I have a question. I am a Realtor and I have the perfect home home for someone that needs a wheelchair accessible home in Mar Vista. This is an executive style home with all of the latest amenities. 3 bed 3 baths, around 2100 sq ft., Bamboo flooring, travertine tiles, granite counter tops, s/s appliances, 10 dedicated phone lines, Cat 5 broad band, alarm system, etc. I think you get the idea. My question is, does anyone know where to market this home? Does anyone know of someone that could appreciate the type of home? This is a great home for anyone, but since it doesn't have any steps up or down, no carpet, and level thought the house, it just seems to me that an executive in a wheelchair, or someone like that would really benefit from this home. Any ideas on where to market it, or if you know someone, please let me know. Thanks for taking the time to read this email.
