Default California -Private Purchase of Home - Lawyer or Realtor?

What if you find a willing seller and you're an interested buyer - should you bring in your real estate agent to close the deal, at a reduced commission? Or just a lawyer?

How much do lawyers charge for covering a home purchase?

In California, you don't need a lawyer. Find a good title company. One of their escrow officers can process the transaction.
