His TRUE CHARACTER is how he treated the woman that bore his children and stood by him during his election campaign. He treated her like garbage.

Like others have said, what has he done for the city of LA since being Mayor. Have you noticed any differences? I haven't. Other than latinos being happy to have a brown face in power for the first time in a century, what exactly has he done to improve things here?

The schools are still a mess, taxes are still going up, etc. Other than looking pretty for the cameras and give pimp speeches what's he done?

Under California's Public Records Act, KNBC reporter Ana Garcia asked the mayor to show the station his e-mails and his official calendar.

Wait a minute, just like DA Rocky, Mayor AV said that he's sorry and takes full responsibility. Isn't that enough to let him off the hook?

Nope. Apparently he used a private jet to get to an event claiming he was too busy to fly commercial. That date has been matched to the night he was seen visiting his girl friend who lived in Sherman Oaks. So it appears that he really needed the jet because it allowed him to stop for a date on the way to the Van Nuys airport. It just keeps getting better and better.

What i have seen... and this may be baisied (i can't speel right now) is that east L.A. has seen a lot of improvements that have been ignored under the previous mayors. His infidelity has just been another political bs to me.

From what i've seen he's treated her and his family with more respect then Clinton did.

okay, that makes no sense. he used a jet to see his girlfriend? Who was no where near an airport and it would have been a better idea to use a limo?

Being an elected official is all about character, trustworthiness and integrity -- at home and in the public. Cheating on one's family indicates a serious lack these qualities. Condoning this behavior sends a wrong message to public officials -- that it is acceptable to engage in questionable behaviors.
