So my parents live in the sans in paramount and a couple of days ago they found hidden cameras all over the house including the bathroom. This is illegal right? and is there a way to trace where the feed is going?

Yes, it's illegal. They should contact the police or sheriff, depending upon where they live. They'll trace it.

What Curm said. Contact your local police detectives immediately, turn it over to them. It's quite likely that once you drop the dime somebody will go to jail. Call the police immediately!
