Hi all,

I'm look at some apartments in Torrance in the area around Victor Park. I've gone through some of the older Torrance threads which mention staying west of Western and sticking to West or South Torrance.

I basically wanted to verify that this area is a good choice with safety and access to nearby places to eat and shop. BTW are there any bars/pubs with a good craft beer list besides Naja's in Redondo?

Jeff

P.S. How's traffic on Anza Ave. in that area?

That area should be pretty safe. Anza is a busy street and especially at rush hour. I have had to wait 3/4 light changes to get past Torrance Blvd. The Del Amo mall is close for shopping and restaurants/bars.

That is a good area in Torrance which is generally safe. It is close to West High and the Redondo Beach Pier.

There are a lot of restaurants/bars just a short drive away either toward the Del Amo Mall, Redondo, and Hermosa Beach (a little further).
