I spent a total of 5 years in LA, 2 of those in Huntington Park. I would like to know why the southeast cities of LA like Huntington Park, South Gate, Maywood, Bell, and others around there don't get there props for walkability and density especially for being suburbs?

Because people that normally discuss things like that don't venture into those cities.

They may well get props for walkability however, we don't seem to read too many posts on City Data forum from people who live in those communities.
