Seal Beach is such a nice area...has that small town beach feel, but also has a good location to long beach. H.B is great too...I have spent a lot of time there, and you hear different trash talk on it off and on, but it is really a great place.

downey is a great place, but if you are renting try the area by furman park. that area is mostly senior citizens and middle aged people, and there really aren't many dinks unless you live by a high school.
