If I am renting (lessor) a singe family home in Granada Hills, LA City, is this covered by rent control rules? This question is in regard to eviction notices and just cause requirements? If a single family residence on a month to month, can they be evicted without meeting one of the 12 reasons?

A SF home is not under any part of the LA Rent Stabilization Ordinance

You are bound by California tenant law only.
