My next great research now is im gathering up all the Motels and Hotels I stayed at dealing drugs and and prostitution. The Guilbert, the Mark Twain, just to name two off the top of my head.

i need to find some detailed map of Hollywood from the 70's onto the 90's or just the late 80's I guess. I wish i could find some old coworkers

How about we keep it positive about Hollywood? If it were a terrible place, it wouldnt be a world famous tourist attraction like Disneyland, which didnt even allow black people when it first opened up. But so what? Nowhere is perfect. And the past is over. I'd bet that both places over time, have probably generated more revenue than the towns some people who love bashing them are from. Lol

For people who lived there like I did, it was a toilet. People who visited never saw the bad stuff. Only the toursty part of it. I bet now it's better.
