For example, if I had to work late hours and would be driving back late, etc. Also, where are some good places to live, if one works there? Thank you!

Although I wouldn't walk around at night, you're unlikely to have any problems driving home at night.

I wouldn't live in Canoga Park, the neighboring districts are decent though (i.e., Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, etc).
