Thanks so much for your quick answer. And thanks for the site link. I didn't know it. All I had for my information was: LA Life - Find Your Place in Los Angeles . And the safety issue there was not so good for Woodland Hills area.

It is fun to climb the rocks. It's amazing how quickly you gain in elevation and can see almost the whole valley.

However, some trails can make you tired (they are steep) and there is little shade so it's not something to do in hot weather.
