Default Marina del Rey rental advice for high-end client

I'm looking to place my 50-yr-old bachelor boss in a one-bedroom long-term rental in Marina Del Rey. Money is not really a concern. Can anyone tell me about any of these apartments--how they rate, etc.: Azzurra, Esprit, Capri, Archstone, The Villa at Marina Harbor, and Tierra del Rey. Thanks!

drop tierra del rey from the list, not close enough to the water. all are very nice though. if it was me, i'd live in the tower of the archstone complex. great views up there of the ocean and the city. azzurra is probably the nicest of all, but not close to the beach (although it has easy freeway access). the others are pretty similar and have easy access to the marina.

You're probably better off finding a rental unit at Marina City Club than any of those traditional cookie-cutter rental properties you mentioned. There are full-time rental units right on the water and private landlords renting their condos in the towers.
