Does anyone know the official overnight street parking policy for the unincorporated areas of Pasadena, (known as East Pasadena)? I sometimes visit my SO who's apartment is near the border and the street extends into the unincorporated area (with clear road signs that differ in design from Pasadena proper or San Marino's.) She claims it's OK to park there overnight but I see signs everywhere saying "No parking 2am to 6am" entering Pasadena (but this area isn't officially in Pasadena.) I've parked there overnight once and didn't get a ticket but maybe I'm lucky. If allowed, I'd prefer it over illegally taking one of the open Apartment parking spots for the wee hours. Any ideas?
