-Legalize some stuff that's fairly petty.

-Improve k-12, so kids don't fall through the cracks! I'd triple the resources for kids (esp boys) between the grades of about 4 to 9 or 10. Maybe 5x the resources.

-Send the worst offenders to hard labor in Singapore or some place. Some place where they don't mess around. We're too soft in this country on our worst criminals.
