That would be good except for the schools issue. Those are nice areas but someone living there with kids would need to go the private route, which they wouldn't have to in BH or even CC.

Cheviot Hills - "Culver City that thinks it's Beverly Hills" but with REALLY horrible LAUSD schools (not in CCUSD or BHUSD). Beverlywood next door is similar but has a much larger Orthodox Jewish population which attends private schools so schools don't matter as much to its residents. Safe but boring and schools are DEFINITELY an issue - they were even an issue 40 years ago when LAUSD as a whole was in good shape.

Holmby Hills - between Westwood and Beverly Hills, EXTREMELY expensive, home to many celebrities, if you can afford to live there you can afford private schools.

BH or CC over both.
