Would a 5 bedroom 2 bath single story 1709 SF home for rent in Rosamond for $1650 a month meet your needs? Let me know. If not, What are your looking for in price?

We paid $1350 for a 4 bedroom in Rosamond 5 years ago.
Here's a website with some rentals available.... http://www.apartmenthunterz.com/cali.../Rosamond.html
Where are you moving from? Do you have school age children? If so I would recommend you enroll them in school on base, Rosamond's schools are bad, very bad.
I spent 8 years in Rosamond, so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Try looking at the Antelope Valley Press (you can get it online), many rentals there and you might also consider northeast Lancaster as there is little to no traffic going either way out to Edwards and most drivers are doing 80+ so drive should not take more than 35 minutes plus at least in Lancaster there are things to do, mall, outlet shopping, walmart, restaurants, bowling, roller skating, etc. Lived in Lancaster for 8 years, don't miss it, but Rosamond is just a speck of dirt off the 14 freeway. Also, look at and consider Antelope Acres, don't know about now, but it used to be a nice area of more or less custom homes with some acreage.

Given that the original post was from August of 2007 (15-months ago) I would think it's not likely.
