I'm a University student and plan on moving to Los Angeles area, best places to live.
I currently live in Iowa and it's always been a dream of mine to live in California ever since visiting there. on deciding where I should ultimately live?

Move where you find a job, unless you have money and don't need to start your career right away. It's hard to give any more advice than that without knowing more about you.
