Back then, they would have been opening for London or Warrant.

"See you at Gazzari's on the Strip".

I didn't even come close, but I can say that I just bought "Shout at the Devil" on vinyl about a week ago.

For Warrant? I don't think so. More like Accept, WASP, or Dio.

Let me just clarify...I am in my 40's and had Shout at the Devil on vinyl as a teen. So I heard Too Young to Fall in Love on the radio and I decided to buy the album and jam the crap out of my house once again. They rock.

Which would have made more sense show-wise, but London, Warrant, Poison, Ratt and maybe Dokken were the automatic headliners on the Strip at that time, as decreed by the few dominant club owners. Motley Crue were a little more scary, like WASP, than owners and record execs wanted to deal with, until one of them made a breakthrough.

And then out of OC Slayer came, saw, and destroyed. Still doing so, quite nicely.

Still on tour, still all original members, starting to show some grey. 28 years since the first EP now.
