Apartments in northern Culver City and that area
I will be moving due to work. I am looking for an apartment in well constructed building in Culver City area. I do not mind paying up to $2k for large 900sf 1bedroom apartment. I am not looking for luxury, but for an apartment where I can sleep. Right now I leave in an apartment below waitress and next to a musician. Every night they wake us up at between 2am and 4am. Although the waitress is like 100lbs, I can hear her every step. When the guy next door takes a shower, there is a whistling sound in the whole apartment. I do not mind parties on weekends, but on weekdays I have to get some sleep before work. Those were my explanations, basically what I am looking for. I do not want to rent a house, because I do not want to move if owner decides to sell it or goes into foreclosure. Any suggestions appreciated.
