When it comes to entertainment , events , radio and tv stations , movie studios , recording studios. In which part of Hollywood is happening the most ? What's the best part to live in in order to network easily ?

Do you mean Hollywood the city or "Hollywood" the entertainment industry? It's difficult since things you are asking about aren't always in close proximity to one another.

Hollywood itself is mostly apt buildings and homes once you get off Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. There are some smaller studios in Hollywood.

I don't think the OP has an understanding of how LA is spread out, for example Warner Bros is in Burbank, and Sony is in Culver City.

Neither are in physically located in Hollywood.

I'd say Sunset and Hollywood Blvds (and immediately north and south of those streets) from Fairfax to Gower are the most happening areas. With strong concentrations around Hollywood/Highland and Hollywood/Vine especially.

I remember when it was like that.

Nowadays, Western and H'wood is more of the Western extremity of Thai Town. Still a bit sketch but nothing like way back when.
