I got hired a month after turning 19 while I was still in community college. It's a decent-sized internet company that you probably would have heard of. I have great benefits, was able to buy a house, and 5 years later am positioned to become Associate Manager soon. I still have not finished my degree. We get free catered lunch daily, have great company events and parties, casual office, and everyone I know is super jealous of my job..

SO my tip would be: Internet companies are the place to work IMO
