I know, they are crazy. But We still need the written law to shut them up.
Here's the story. On Aug 15th we gave 30 days notice to be out Sept 15th and agreed to pro-rate a half month. They were great with that, and said the wanted to show the place ASAP when we asked for time, they threatened to charge us if the place was not rented immediately. What? The lease was up and we were month tho month at that point. Does anyone know the laws in this department, or have experience with this type of thing? Thanks! |
