Is the immigration problem in California bad?

There are a very limited number of Spanish signs on businesses around me. Most of the second language signs are in Korean or Arabic though some are in Russian too. There are also some in Spanish but it isn't anything like "most of the signs" or even "a quarter of the signs."

I had to call and complain because I was constantly getting these spanish only newspapers thrown in my yard...La opinion'. Didn't do any good.. I hear they are still there all the time from my old neighbors. And yes, the local grocery store ad and coupons did come in spanish but there was a small english writing under it! Guess it really depends on where a person lives in Los Angeles county.
