I was just wondering why most of the stars live in beverly hills, and what about a different place for a change?

From what I understand, very few live there now. At least most of the bigger names got out. Places like Malibu offer more privacy.

Okay Thanks, I am used to using yahoo answers, where you can pick as a best answer, but they do not have that here, but thanks for your answer.

There's also Bel Air, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Studio City, Hollywood Hills...

Yeah, I don't think most stars live in Beverly Hills any more.

Montecito and SB are where the stars go to retire.
Newport Beach, Palm Desert and the more upscale parts of the Palm Springs area also have some retired stars.
Hancock Park and Los Feliz both have stars.

Never heard of Rolling Hills Estates having stars but Manhattan Beach has a few film industry people in addition to athletes, of which it has plenty.

If you take the tour, most of the homes they point out were owned by stars who died years ago.
