Thumbs down Do not Rent @ ...(CA)

If you like headaches with maintenanace and management, then by all means rent from WATERFORD APARTMENTS in Woodland Hills, California.

Leaky roofs, clogged drains, interrupted water service during peak hours, vandalism in parking lots, these are just some of the many problems with this community.

For an upscale apartment complex, management is very poor. And rent is not cheap either.

$1270 rent + AUM (apprx. $50) = very poor service and appreciation for tenants.

DO NOT RENT FROM WATERFORD APARTMENTS.

$1270 a month is not upscale, sorry to say. Upscale would be like $2000 a month

Default It's all relative...

It is upscale compared to the rest of the neighboring area. [cut]
