Default Over 30 min to drive from Weho to Culver City?

At around 5:30 pm... Is that normal? La Cienega was crawling. Would it be faster to take Fairfax instead from SM blvd to Culver City around Jefferson Blvd? Is La Cienega in general slower?

Sadly that's perfectly normal. I live east of WeHo so I would take La Brea or Crenshaw south.

I think going north/south, Robertson is better, and going west/east, Olympic is the way to go. Really, a lot of the time Olympic is faster than the 10!
