Default Quick CA tax question

I will have brought home $51,655 AFTER taxes. I'm single and rent (I'm not sure if that matters). I live in LA County and work downtown LA.

How much did I take home BEFORE taxes this year?

What do I win if I guess correctly? If you really need the answer, why don't you look at your last check stub?

Because some of the payment was... under the table... I have no way of knowing what it would've been before taxes.

I know, I know.. what I’m asking is…. How much would I have gotten paid gross, before taxes if I wasn’t paid under the table.

Is it as simple as adding 25% to it? So, it’d be $64,568 before taxes?

Approx $75,000 gross according to my paycheck calculator assuming no 401k or HSA or any other after-tax withholdings.

I contrubted $2k of pre-tax dollars to a 401K, but I didn't include that in my numbers.

It's safe to say around $77k gross, then?
