City Hall to Broadway music center ought to be a nice area soon. Hopefully not taken over by bench-sleepers or evil meter maids.

Park Fifth and City House are both dead. The others, though, will happen in some form.

I think 755 figueroa is dead...and I hope to god they revise the design for metropolis.

I like the overall concept, but this is a waste of space and seems like it would fit better in a suburban neighborhood. I think a multi-tower metropolis with retail space in each tower would be better.

These would all be great if
there was free parking
it didn't take an hour to find a place to park
it didn't take an hour to travel 1/4 mile on the freeway in the vicinity of these venues in the evenings
None of these attractions (stores, movies, restaurants) were found anywhere else
it didn't cost twice as much for a basic hamburger as just about anywhere else in Southern California
Visitors weren't one wrong turn away from scores of homeless, drug addicts, mentally ill, or gang members.

I never have a problem, as long as I'm willing to use a pay lot. And I am.
