I'm going to be graduating High school this spring and getting a job to save money. I'll be moving to Los Angeles the summer of 2013. I was just wondering if there are any areas i shouldn't be getting an apartment in, any other information or advice. I won't be moving by myself. My dad and possibly a couple friends will be moving in with me. So rent wont be a problem. What should we be excepting to pay for a two or three bedroom apartment fairly close to LA? We will have cars, so how is parking? We will be looking for jobs before moving there. My friend is currently a substitute teacher, so is it fairly easy to find that kind of job in LA? And I'll be starting college a year before i go to Los Angeles, studying Business. Any good schools for business there? And my dad currently works at a factory working with manufacturing car parts, signs, etc. Dealing with machines and stuff, so how that line of work in LA. I'm not too concerned about how expensive los angeles is. Alaska is just about the same when it comes to houses, food, rent, etc. So it won't be a big change. But traffic will be, which i can live with.
