I think Sherman Way in Canoga Park has some potential ,it's walkable unlike a lot of valley streets .
The new big mall project will be opening nearby ..but it's hard to say if that will help .

I could see Canoga park gentrifiying more with people being priced out of other areas nearby .

Right now lankershim in noho arts is pretty trendy but the area is relatively small.

I could see it expanding more and it already looks like it is.

Interesting about billingsleys used to go to the pico location ,that one seemed very old so didn't realize there was a valley location ..did it move or did she have two locations at one point?

Definitely not too many places like that on the west side these days.
