A UPS shipper store may have the large size boxes you need. They would be able to box them up as well, but the local one near me charges way too much for the service. The service is there, however. They also have the expertise to pack them properly.

Our local UPS shipper store is privately owned. One run by UPS itself might be cheaper for supplies, I don't know.

Our local UPS shipper store has boxes that are double walled, 50" x 48" x 8", and these cost about 35 dollars. So, a box large enough is made, but is costly.Our local store always charges so much more than anywhere else, I imagine the box would be cheaper elsewhere. They also had a 48" x 36" x5" for $12.50.
I have no idea what the shipping charges on a box that size would be.
