i guess korean air will operate the hotel, it will include 900 hotel rooms

think of this if the smaller tower was 750 feet tall and included 560 rooms
guess how high this will be with 900 hotel rooms office component, and some residential floors

if 560 rooms/750 feet the new tower 900 rooms/1205 ft + residential floors

do the math

also if 45 floors/560 rooms the new tower 72 floors + residential floors /900 rooms
