Default Manhattan Beach Blvd b/w N Aviation & Vail - good area?

Moving to LA.

Looking at renting a place along Manhattan Beach Blvd., midway between N Aviation Blvd and Vail Blvd.

Is this a safe/good area?

It's a Redondo Beach Address although it looks to me on a map like it's nowhere near Redondo Beach. I don't have kids, but I checked a few of the neighborhood Middle & High Schools and they're rated well which I'd think is a good indication that the area is decent.

Yes, you will be fine. There is a South and North Redondo Beach. North Redondo sort of wraps around over to the East of Manhattan Beach. Redondo Beach schools are good.
