Thanks to those of you who have offered positive feedback and support for sharing photos of LA in this thread. Since a small, but vocal minority objected to having their photos downloaded from Flickr (despite freely giving people the ability to do so) there is nothing in City Data's TOS that bans including
links to photos, web sites, or other material found on the Internet, and
there is no state or federal law banning it either! The use of links is consistent with Flickr's community guidelines as well, so here are links to some of the photos I found and previously posted of the West LA area. This way you will be able to see a greater volume and variety of photographs not only of West LA but of other areas in LA too.
