Seriously King, you are the best photographer I know. You need to help me. LOL.

And why do the best buildings and homes have to be in the ghetto.

King0fthehill & SurekRZA, you have the MOST crisp, clear photos I've EVER seen! I want to get a new camera. What brand(s) of camera(s) do you guys have? (BTW, I'm just an amateur photographer).

Great pics of Hollywood and LA. I love them all. Very crisp photos, too. I plan on visiting again, as I have a few friends in San Bernardino.

SurekRZA doesn't take his own pics. KOTH uses a Canon or Olympus I believe.

Filling out the southern end of the skyline quite nicely, along with 717 Ninth.

That corner penthouse unit should be pretty nice...

With Concerto poking up on the left.

We've seen some renders with a "jungle" theme over the parking podium. I'm not sure if this is it, a test, or just a supergraphic, but I really hope this isn't permanent. It just looks bad.

I am kind of an amateur as well. Do you want a DSLR or point and shoot?

There's too many Point and Shoots to suggest without knowing your price range and the features you want, but the best DSLR for an amateur is the Nikon D40. The Nikon D60 and Canon Rebel XS are also very good. But with DSLRs, the lens is more important so if you are on a budget, get the Nikon D40 and great lenses instead of a D60 with okay lenses.

Westwood

The Getty Museum, a fine place to chill

A vineyard, a throwback to LA's agricultural days
