Mere photos are wonderful too. Most of my photos are mere photos also. The few I have that seem to be more than mere photos, are in my "Wallpapers" album ... M.D.Vaden Albums ... Easy to spot. I see you are a dog-person from your page. We have a long hair chihuahua, papillon and "rott" (and parrots).

Below is one more I thought interesting because the palm trunks were shaved near the sidewalk grates. Also by the train station / Los Angeles.

A nice, blue sky in the San Fernando Valley today. Warm, too, at 79 degrees:

Ok, finally scanned some of my pictures. Theyre not the best, and are a few years old.. but here they are . I was too lazy to separate them all. First 2 are Santa Monica, then downtown L.A. (obviously), Capitol Records in Hollywood, Pacific Palisades (top), and Hollywood Blvd (bottom).

Chatty, That looks like Mothers Beach in MDR. Were you LARC or UCLA Crew? I rowed with LARC about ten years ago and for UCSB in 1995-6. Those look like LARC shells in the lower photo.

I called it Jamaica Bay off Palawan Way back in the late 80's, but yes it looks the same.
I rowed for CSULB for a single season. I couldn't sleep thru class any longer as I was driving from Westchester each morning for work outs and staying so late for bike work outs in the afternoons my grades dropped too.
Check out the site , the club has really grown. I wish I still had time to do it during the off season just for the work out. I miss it.
Thanks
