This was a shot I took from my car as I was pulling into work on the next block. The irony was that the building this was up against is a grocery store. I work in downtown/south LA off the 100 freeway. People from other states who long for the sun and the fun of SoCal should pay attention to all the images of our city; it's easy to forget that the quality of life here is actually very poor.

OMG a city of 18 million people has some rundown areas?!?!? I'm sure many considering relocation here have considered that Why would a potential new resident dream of moving to south (central) Los Angeles?
