I visited 5/29-6/3 with my mother. I took ALOT of pics but am sharing a few of them. I will be back again very soon. I have an affinity for law enforcement
     Not a big deal to some but there are like TWO health food places where I am from. Thats it!!! This place was 1 min from the hotel -mom was able to get her wheat grass and carrot juice everyday      If you look close enough you can see a guy surfing.   Malibu Beach. This fellow was very nice.

Wow what a wonderful thread and wide variety of pictures!...The old pictures remind me of things from my childhood...Loved that fun places like Pinks and Farmers Market were included...A pic from my once hometown of San Gabirel was there also...Having moved away from So Ca to another state I so miss the ocean too...Thanks all for sharing! Keep them coming!

I just found this thread and I love it. I moved out of L.A. 10 years ago and I miss it. I've visited many times. I will have to post my pics here. Keep up the pictures!

I'm going to post my pictures very soon! I have enjoyed looking at everyone else's photos so much! It takes the edge off of my homesickness a little.

Family activities
Visited Exposition Park on June 30. Had been awhile, but still great. The Butterfly Pavillion will be around for another month or so- highly recommended for the whole family.
