Default Commuting Advice West LA(Rancho Park) to Glendale

Hi,
I am starting a job on North Brand in Glendale and will be commuting from Rancho Park to Glendale M-F (9am to Glendale and 6pm Home to Rancho Park).

Any advice on best/most time efficient routes to take?
Thanks for your comments!

10W>110N>5N>Glendale Blvd (turns into Brand)

if you take the 405N through the valley you'll hit traffic along the 101, but should be fairly smooth on the 134.
