Default Manhattan Beach/Hermosa Beach parking

I'm moving to the Southbay soon (hopefully in Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach). The question i have is, how's parking? I'm seeing ads for places that don't have parking spaces. Is parking on the street a possibility or is it very tough? Thanks for all your help.

Number one source of city revenue in both places is parking tickets. If you're moving there, make sure your apartment has a parking spot. If you can get two (even if you have to pay extra) DO IT. You'll be the most popular person at work in the summertime.

BTW--when I lived in Hermosa, I paid for an extra parking space and they gave us a "double" because it's all they had at the time. I looked like a damn genius.

I agree. This is the neighborhood I live in. Parking is at a premium.

its impossible to find parking. when you do, it's outrageously expensive, or it's illegal to do so. make sure to get a place with parking.
