Default Burbank

Would appreciate any advice as to which apt. complexes /areas to avoid renting in (for safety reasons). My daughter plans on relocating to Burbank from NYS. Thank you for your help.

Am I correct in assuming that your daughter wants to move specifically to Burbank because she wants to work in the entertainment industry? Burbank is mostly a family friendly place with lots of small single family homes.

There arent any "bad" areas in Burbank but just make sure she stays away from north Burbank because its pretty close to Sun Valley and there is a significant gang problem in that area with some "spill over" in the north Burbank area near San Fernando Road and the 5 fwy.

Good points. We could really help out more if we had more info. Working? School? Married? Kids? Price Range? Where working/school?
