The One Eyed Gypsy in 901 East 1st St, Los Angeles would've been nice if it weren't so damn crowded! Food sucks but I loved the atmosphere!

My three favorites are

The Griffin, Library Bar (order the Pork Belly Sandwich), and Bar Marmont.

I always feel like off days are best to go to a bar in LA. I prefer to stay in on the weekends where anywhere decent is too packed and loud.

Edison is pretty cool on the nights they have special events. Don't forget to dress a little nicer as they have more of a dress code still. Varnish and Villains Tavern are two places to check out at least once. Perch always seems super packed now.

+1 for the Foundation Room at House of Blues. It's like Soho house, for less stuck up people.

I never thought a music venue would have such a cool vibe on the upper floor. My buddy met Gwar in this bar a few months ago and apparently Dan Aykroid has his own table there...
