My first wife was Asian. My current wife is a very well traveled Russian who speaks seven languages. She has the stereotypical sherman oaks spoiled rich girl attitude though which can be considered "stuck up" obnoxious and annoying - but I love her.

Haha, here's a question for ya..

Is Sherman Oaks where most everyone lives who wants to live in Beverly Hills, but can't afford it so they moved to S.O. for more affordable housing... what do you think?

(no offense meant, just curious if anyone on here has thought of that before)

I think Beverly Hills is more of an older crowd and Sherman Oaks quite a bit younger. I wouldnt want to live in BH even if I could afford it. The vibe here in SO is so much better.

BH is "old money" and SH is "new money" due to the heavy population of new immigrants here. SH is much more diverse. I think you'll find a much greater percentage of the population here who speak more than one language than in BH.

And...Sherman Oaks is a great deal cheaper than Beverly Hills. It is significantly cheaper.

Yes, there are some. In the part of Hawaii where I lived...often fashion, fitness and hygene weren't a priority.

Just curious, where was that?

I noticed outside of Honolulu, it had a lot more 'local' feel. Waikiki and Ala Moana I suppose are filled with quite a few Japanese TOURISTS making it look better to the mainland tourists than it might be living there, huh?

Hawaii is not even close to Los Angeles when it comes to attractive people. Not even close. Of course, Hawaii ranks higher than Michigan, South Dakota or Utah, but the attractive women you see there do not live there.

On a global scale, the most beautiful women can be found:

1. Italy
2. Brazil
3. Columbia
4. Costa Rica
5. Argentina
6. Russia
7. Romania
8. USA (although most here are transplants from other countries)
9. Czech Republic
10. India

I'm a heterosexual female, but a professional photographer who is clinically objective about peoples' innateattractiveness. DaBeez, although I agree with your #1 choice since I've been there, I contest this list as incredibly skewed. Where's the lovely east Asians? The tall, slim Scandinavians with perfect facial symmetry? The tall, slim Maasai in Kenya with perfect facial symmetry as well? Even the normal German young populace you encounter on public transportation seem to to look like displaced Olympic athletes. But then again, the hardest part is convincing folks not from here that women in L.A. do not resemble soap opera actresses...
