The irony, considering how long it took me to parse through your messy sentence.

LAUSD is way too big to exist and should have been broken up long ago.

The unions, especially UTLA, have devoted all of their resources towards keeping LAUSD together and steadfastly oppose breaking it up.

Proof they don't care about the kids, and only care about themselves.

I totally agree with this. The system is broken...but they don't want to fix it.

Ego , Greed, Power .

It's a shame.

2nd or 3rd largest city in the U.S., whaddya expect? People comes in droves for fame, fortune and weather.
What I hate is the traffic at any hour, early AM morning or late-night. Absolute BS.
I also hate the carpool lanes at all times instead of prime-time working hours. and they are sometimes double-sized!!
I hate it when people drive 20 to 40mph slower when it rains like they're going to run over a bunch of turtles. Yeah, so you see it is driving to me. Throw in high gas prices and housing prices too. Other than that it is nice.

If I had to pick CA cities based on beauty and landscape, it'd be San Francisco, San Diego, South OC, then Pacific Palisades in L.A. county. (I grew up in L.A. )

I'm new in following your story. Why did you decide not to move?

Interesting. Because this is what you said in your OP: For the past 8 year I have been unable to meet a woman to date.

I do appear different than most people by LA standards. I wear glasses, walk wobbly and talke in a monotone voice.

Also I don't have any great male friends either. Most of them are acquantances. Many of them live 25-30 miles away. Unfortunatly I have met guy friends who used and took advantage of me to pay for them at restuarants, movies and road trips.

So now you have a girlfriend and friends? Well maybe it was you and not LA.

For new years 2015 I was in Seattle. This was my second time in seattle in 2 years. I wouldn't mind living in seattle instead of LA.
