Wow. That's a really cheap price! There must be something wrong with the place. It must be really old or really dirty for that price and only 5 blocks from the beach. You should call the person ask for pics of place to be sent to your email just to make sure that the place looks nice.

Small, but on an island and one block to Alamitos Bay Beach.
small bachelor, all utils paid, on naples island

I think this might be the same thing-it looks brand new and very very clean inside though.
studio with loft, ALL UTILS PAID open house sat&sun

Newly Remodeled 1 bdrm 1 block from the beach

1/2 block to the beach REMODELED in Belmont Shore, paid utilities

CLEAN, large, studio in Belmont Shore...must see

Studio on Naples Island

Yep. The location is fine. Anything south of 4th street is good and that is a few blocks south of it.

that is in downtown long beach which is fairly safe. i would suggest living in downtown long beach since you will be close to work or in belmont shore. what is your price range and how many bedrooms do you want. that will be the deciding factor on where you live.

Pine/1st is in the heart of DT LB so it is a nice area.

do you really know anyone who goes swimming in the ocean in southern california? the water is nasty, and as far as i've seen, only children who don't know any better and surfers who don't care immerse themselves in it.

2205 San Anseline is in the "Los Altos Area" - close to shopping, transportation and Cal State Long Beach. Great area. Very family oriented. It's about 2 miles from the water.
