Is this really asking for advice on a girl that is not even with you?

Seriously, I'd work on getting a girl first before worrying about where to take her...

He's not asking you about that though is he?

But it's a legitimate thing to get into, no?

You shouldn't have mentioned the "I don't have a girl yet" because now everyone is going wild on you and they're not going to stop.

Oh, I know!

Watts Towers
Bell City Hall
Cudahy (including the lard plant)
Imperial between the 110 and Alameda
Alpine Village
Joe's Market on Torrance Blvd and Catalina Ave. (once starred in an L.A. graffiti art book)
Crusin' Whittier Blvd between the river and Montebello (actually, there is good shopping there, by the looks of it)
Lemiert Park area for cultural events and down home cookin'
The San Fernando Valley, just 'cuz (enough room for a LONG drive if you stay on the streets)

All this to say, if you have the right girl, it doesn't matter. If YOU are interested in something and want to see it or experience it, take her along. The worst thing that can happen is that you go alone if she isn't interested. Then again, ask someone else.

But this is kind of strange coming from someone in Seattle. How does LA figure into your romantic plans? I would think Seattle has more than enough romantic spots to choose from. Anyway....

Take her to a well renown LA restaurant, a Lakers game, then dancing at a trendy nightclub.

That sounds awful. Not every girl cares about the Lakers and "dancing at a trendy nightclub"??? You're joking right?? I'd definitely turn that date down in a second.
