Manhattan Beach. You want rich single people, they abound in this town. Check the prices:

You'll have to take your West LA hatred elsewhere.
So asking if there wealthy people in other areas of LA is hating?

Take your presumptions elsewhere.

Observations, not presumptions.

I might take a look along Rossmore Ave. near the Wilshire Country Club and Hancock Park. There's a string of nice apartment buildings, including the art deco Ravenswood, where Mae West once lived. I'd look in areas with quality apartment/condo buildings, like in Downtown LA, Koreatown, West Hollywood, Brentwood, and Santa Monica,

Observations about what? I asked a question. You assumed I was spreading hate on the West.

Again, take that elsewhere.

Generally wealthy singles want to live in a neighborhood that is a mix of upscale and luxurious but also active with lots of bars, clubs, restaurants within walking or short driving distance. So this gives us:

Santa Monica (particularly around Downtown and Main St)
West Hollywood
Lofty part of Downtown LA
Brentwood
The nice part of Venice Beach
Mid-City West
Studio City
The Beach Cities (but a bit more family oriented)
What about the northwestern San Fernando Valley?

The northwestern SFV (and west SFV) has a lot of affluent families, but the OP is talking about singles. So a wealthy singles area has a lot of young(er) professionals and lots of nightlife and excitement nearby. Most of the sfv with the exception of Studio City and maybe Sherman Oaks lacks that.

Barcelona - maybe I should have included Los Feliz/Franklin Village/Beachwood (though it seems more family oriented). But Silverlake, no. There are wealthy people there but it's also heavily middle class, so it doesn't get the same mention as Santa Monica.

I'd say in this order:
Santa Monica
Manhattan Beach
Hermosa Beach
West Hollywood
Brentwood (more rich, less single but still should be included)
Mid-Wilshire
West LA
Los Feliz

How do you plan on meeting these wealthy singles? At a bar? Doubt people are looking for long-lasting relationships there. Having a list of cities where affluent people congregate at will do you no good unless you're actually connected with the social circles of the people who live in those cities. Beyond that, the average Joe strolling into those select neighborhoods are just outsiders.
