or they could have some big yearly homeless convention at the bonaventure, homeless from all over America converge on LA for this big yearly event where they can swap dumpster diving stories, face eating techniques, etc. It's "Hobocon 2013"!

In short, they are scam artists. Like I said, increase funding for the homeless on skid row by 100x and nothing would happen to change the living conditions there. Of course all the "advocates" would have their own tropical island......
