What is Fresno's problem with credit/debit cards?
I travel quite a bit and don't run into many places that don't accept credit, but when I got to Fresno, I couldn't use my credit card at many places. I've rarely run into places that didn't accept credit outside of Fresno. Than when I wanted to get cash back with my debit card at a store, they wanted to charge me a fee?? That has never happened to me any other place either. Does someone know what the deal with these credit/debit policies in Fresno is?
